Yes, we realize this happened on the last day of the previous month and therefore not technically I/J month, but what better way to break our hiatus than by watching a lovely Lunar New Year Festival. Kroger Marketplace in Plano had an array of booths with both liquid and solid treats to sample, all of which we enjoyed but the main attractions were the small orchestra playing some Asian music, youngsters showing their acrobatic skills, and most importantly the Chinese Lion Dance. The weather was ideal for this and it was nice seeing the young children watching the show with wide eyes and open mouths.
